At Shopping Bag, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
